Booking Queries :

You should receive a voucher on the same day, but please note some locations may take 2 business days to be confirmed. If your booking is within the next 3 days it will be processed immediately.

If you think you have made a mistake with any details please wait until you receive your voucher, as changes can not be made while your booking is in the secure automated booking system. Changes can only be made after your booking has been confirmed.

If your booking is not showing confirmed or you have further issues after the booking is confirmed please do not email us,

EG. In the above example you would only enter FR12345678
